Her work as a playback singer includes Bengali films Bhoomiputra (released this year) and Raat Bhor, Adalat and Pathey Prantey, which are yet to be released. Among her music albums, Jayatu Baba Loknath, Prem, Mere Swapney, Priya and her “Arsh” ghazal album sold well. Adding to the feathers in cap this year is a Bhojpuri album, Piya aa Jou ho, and a Bhojpuri feature film where again she is a playback singer.

Jeniva Roy has three feature films to her credit; Malabadal(Bengali), Tyag(Assamese) and Mara Tukare Mayna Meru (Santhali). She has done playback singer in telefilms and serials like Pratikha, Manjuri etc. on the anvil is another music album, Sajan Ayega, where she shares the platform with Md Aziz. This year she has done a Shyama Sangeet Album on the eve of Durga Puja with Kumar Sanu and Babul Supriyo.
